Once Confirmed our team will arrive and set up each tent and decorate. This takes about 1.5 hours.

We leave you with our rental tents, air mattresses and decor for the night.

The next day, we arrive, break down and check all items. Once items are checked, we are on our way!

Space/Furniture

The space designated for the setup needs to be free of furniture and clean at the time when we arrive. We will not be responsible for moving furniture or clearing out the space needed. The amount of space needed to set up four tents is a 9 x 16 area.

Safety/Cleanliness

  • Pillow covers, linens and blankets are professionally cleaned.

  • Rugs are vacuumed, sprayed and spot cleaned after an event.

  • String lights are battery-operated and do not present a hazard.

  • Non-slip mats are placed under mattresses and rugs so they stay in place.

  • Every tent has a rubber floor protector.

  • Items are replaced if necessary. You won’t see any wear and tear on our stuff.

Delivery/Cancellations
  • Delivery is included within 20 miles from zip code 02837.

  • 30-50 miles is a $50 charge

  • 51-75 miles is a $100 charge.

Delivery
Cancellation 

A full refund will be granted up to thirty days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to an event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the event will not receive a refund.
